Applications

WD 1000 is a halogen free intumescent flame retardant, mainly including APP and additives. The product meets the EU RoHS directive requirements. WD 1000 can be used in PP, PE, EVA and other polyolefin resin, it has the characteristics of good flame retardant effect, low smoke, non-halogen, good dispersion, little effect on mechanical properties. Using WD1000 in polypropylene,the product can pass the test of UL94 V-O (1.6mm), in UL 746C test it can also reach UL94 V-0 (3.2mm). WD 1000 does not contain any anti-dripping agent (suggested to add 2-3‰).
