VOC is an important air pollutant, because they can directly and indirectly have various adverse effects on human health and environmental quality. Reducing the release of VOC in products can meet the growing demand of consumers for environmentally friendly products.

Controlling and reducing VOC pollution needs to be carried out from both the source and the end. The end control is the removal of VOC that have already been emitted; Source control refers to reducing the generation and emissions of VOC by improving processes, using low volatility or non-volatile raw materials or products, strengthening equipment maintenance and closed management, and improving resource utilization and recovery rates.
