With the rapid growth of the automotive industry, particularly the rise of new energy vehicles , market demands for automotive interior plastic components have become increasingly stringent. In addition to requiring high strength and durability, there is a heightened focus on superior high-temperature resistance and stricter control of VOC emissions and odor.
In order to meet the constantly changing market demands, our company has newly launched the "New Generation Ultra-High Temperature Additives". This series of products is widely applied in the field of automotive interiors, such as thermoplastic elastomers like TPE, TPU, and TPV. It can enhance the thermal stability during the material processing and the long-term weather resistance, prevent the materials of interior parts from yellowing and fading, and maintain the aesthetic appearance and the stability of mechanical properties of their applications. At the same time, it can make the overall formulation green and environmentally friendly, with the advantages of low VOC and low odor, making the air inside the vehicle fresher and ensuring the physical health of passengers.
In addition, in some applications involving high-temperature processing and materials with high requirements for extraction resistance, such as polyolefin (e.g., PP, PE, etc.) pipes, injection-molded products, plastic casings of household appliances, wires and cables, the "New Generation Ultra-High Temperature Additives" can also provide the products with excellent processing stability and good long-lasting stability.
The New Generation Ultra-High Temperature Additives, including products OMNISTAB® UT7590/UT7590/UT7570, have excellent thermal stability and migration resistance. They can effectively inhibit and decompose carbon radicals, peroxy radicals, hydroperoxides, and reducing quinone compounds generated during the thermal processing of polymers. Even under high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature (>300℃) conditions, they can still provide good color stability and thermal processing stability for resins. While protecting polymers from thermo-oxidative aging, they also play a long-term role in preventing aging and yellowing!
