New Product – OMNISTAB® BR42: Precise & Effective Blue Light Blocking

With smartphones, tablets, vehicle displays, and LED lights everywhere, high-energy short-wave blue light (380–440 nm) is a major cause of eye strain and blurred vision. It also accelerates yellowing and aging in optical lenses and display films.

To tackle these issues, we are launching OMNISTAB® Blue Light Absorber BR42, specially developed for anti-blue-light applications. It is an ideal additive for high-end anti-blue-light lenses, optical films, and screen coatings, meeting the strict requirements of high transparency and strong blue light protection.

Key Features

• Targeted blue light blocking – Precisely absorbs harmful blue light; suitable for lenses, optical films, screen protectors, and coatings.

• High compatibility – Readily soluble in various solvents and compatible with acrylic, PU, PC, PMMA, and more. No migration, blooming, or delamination during processing; maintains clarity, gloss, and surface quality.

• Low volatility & high stability – Provides long-lasting protection without migration or loss over time. Delays resin yellowing and embrittlement, extending product lifespan.
