During polymer processing, high temperatures can easily cause thermal oxidative degradation, leading to yellowing and reduced mechanical properties. OMNISTAB® AN9136 is a high-efficiency carbon radical scavenger that inhibits oxidation from the very start, offering a unique synergistic protection mechanism for improved processing stability and material quality.

• High-end polyolefin processing – Especially BOPP films: maintains high transparency and tensile strength under high-speed stretching and high-temperature processing, preventing haze or film breakage.

• Transparent recycled materials & engineering plastics – In PC transparent products and styrenic polymers (ABS, PS), it significantly reduces thermal degradation during remelting, maintaining light transmission and impact toughness.

• Polyurethane elastomers & adhesives – Prevents viscosity loss, coking, and color deepening during hot melt processing, improving thermal bonding stability.
