UV-366 is a benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent, which can effectively inhibit the occurrence of photooxidative degradation reactions, protect fiber materials, and greatly improve the grade of textile products. UV-366 has the following advantages:
(1) High anti-ultraviolet efficiency. The molar molar extinction coefficient is 2.6 times that of benzophenone ultraviolet absorbers and 1.8 times that of traditional benzotriazole (alkylphenol substituted derivatives) ultraviolet absorbers.
(2) Strong adsorptivity, especially for ultrafine fibers, compared with triazine UV absorbers. It has excellent properties especially for polyester fibers.
