In natural light, ultraviolet radiation mainly includes UVA and UVB wavelengths. This part of UV light has a higher photon energy, although accounted for the least proportion, but the damage to the skin is the largest.
UVA (320-400nm) has a long wavelength and a low frequency, which is the opposite of UVB in that it has a lower photon energy, so no damage to the skin was observed for a short time.
