This is because LS2020 has a large molecular structure, and its molecular weight is generally controlled at 2600-3400, which is much higher than conventional types.

The transmittance of OMNISTAB® LS 2020 at 425nm is greater than 92%, and light stability effect is 2~4 times of traditional absorption light stabilizer.
OMNISTAB® LS 2020 has good compatibility with many polymer materials,such as polyolefin, olefin copolymer, polyacetal, polyamide, polyurethane, soft/hard PVC product, PS and special adhesives, etc.
In addition, it is as non-toxic as other HALS (such as LS622, UV3346) which has been approved by the FDA and can be directly used in food packaging materials.
