  Automotive industry:

HDPE injection molding material is usually used as the shell of household appliances. HDPE pipe has high strength, so it used as building underground laying pipe.

Polyolefin contains weak double bonds and defects. When catalyzed by high temperature, light, O3, or metal ions, these weak bonds become the breakthrough of aging and the starting of chemical reactions, then triggering a series of reactions which change the molecular structure of the polymer. Thus, Polyolefins will occur discoloration, hardening brittle and crack. At the same time, product’s mechanical properties will reduce, some application value will also lose.
