Omnistab® AN9128 is a newly introduced high molecular weight hetero-spiro  phosphite ester antioxidant. The product is a free-flowing white powder with low volatility and a high phosphorus content (7.3%). Thanks to its large molecular size and structure, it exhibits excellent heat resistance.

The comparative test data clearly show that under high-temperature conditions, Omnistab® AN9128 significantly improves the heat aging stability of materials. This is due to its higher molecular weight, which gives it a higher melting point and a higher thermal decomposition temperature, leading to more stable performance and better migration resistance.


3. Excellent Hydrolysis Resistance of Omnistab® AN9128

Latest hydrolysis resistance tests show that even when exposed to 85% relative humidity in a damp environment, Omnistab® AN9128 maintains excellent durability and hydrolysis resistance. Unlike other phosphite ester products, Omnistab® AN9128 does not cause coking, which can cause staining during polymer processing and clogging of extruder screen filters.

4. Main Applications of Omnistab® AN9128

In HDPE, Omnistab® AN9128 provides exceptional color and melt stability at low dosages, providing excellent protection.

Significantly enhances the high-temperature stability of polymers. For example, LLDPE with Omnistab® AN9128 effectively controls product color and melt index during multiple extrusion cycles.


Suitable for PC, PA, and other engineering plastics that require high-temperature processing. Unlike most phosphite ester products, which decompose or volatilize and are unsuitable for use as processing stabilizers, Omnistab® AN9128 maintains color and torque stability.


Due to its excellent hydrolysis resistance, it can also be used in biodegradable plastics such as PLA and PGA.
