Embracing the Ice and Snow – Deltachem’s Annual Trip & Awards Dinner Concluded Successfully

Deltachem Specialty Chemicals Group has always valued a people-oriented culture, committed to providing employees with diverse and meaningful growth experiences. To thank everyone for their hard work over the past year and strengthen team spirit, We organized a fourday trip to Harbin from January 21 to 24, 2026, allowing the team to explore the northern winter scenery and enjoy iceandsnow culture.

Strolling along Central Street – European Charm

Upon arrival, we visited Central Street, known as “Moscow of the East.” Walking on the cobblestone pavement, we admired the European-style buildings and enjoyed authentic Madiel ice pops – a sweet treat in the freezing weather.

We then walked to the nearby Saint Sophia Cathedral, a century-old Byzantine-style building that looked solemn and peaceful against the snow. Everyone took photos to capture the green domes, red walls, and clear winter sky.

Ice and Snow World – Art Meets Ice

We spent a full day at the famous Harbin Ice and Snow World. This fantasy kingdom built of ice and snow sparkled in the sunlight and glowed brilliantly at night. We walked among magnificent ice sculptures, tried the thrilling super ice slide, and laughed and sang under the ice stage, fully enjoying the purity and grandeur of the northern snow.

Volga Manor – Russian Romance

We drove to Volga Manor on the banks of the Ash River, a place that recreates classic Russian architecture. The snow‑covered estate looked like a quiet oil painting. We rode sled trains, tried the Matryoshka slide, and bought Russian treats in warm wooden cabins, soaking up the exotic atmosphere.

On the last day, we experienced a traditional northeastern Chinese bathhouse. From saunas and hot springs to entertainment and rest, we truly unwound and enjoyed the local “bathhouse as social hub” culture. The steam and warmth melted away all our fatigue.

Harbin 2025 Awards Dinner

In a warm and dignified ceremony, the company presented the “Deltachem Star” awards to outstanding individuals from the past year. The five winners were: Zhang Xiaofang (Sales), Zhai Yifan (Sales), Xu Chen (Office), Lv Mengxue (Logistics), and Yue Wei (Purchasing). Each of them has been dedicated, responsible, and passionate in their roles, making significant contributions to the company’s growth.

This Harbin trip was not just a journey away from work, but also a way to bring our hearts together. In the world of ice and snow, we shared laughter and supported each other, creating unforgettable memories. Deltachem Specialty Chemicals Group will continue its philosophy of “moving forward together” with every employee and partner, building a warm future.
