Dreams Set Sail, Compassion in Action | Deltachem Encouragement Scholarship Award Ceremony Concludes Successfully

On December 18, Qingdao Deltachem Specialty Chemicals Group held a ceremony to present its 12th "Deltachem" Encouragement Scholarship. Mr. Zou Chao, General Manager of the Group, attended the event and presented the scholarship to 20 outstanding students from Qingdao University's School of Economics and College of Materials Science and Engineering. He was joined by Mr. Ren Long, Director of the Student Affairs Office, in the presentation. The total scholarship amounted to CNY 30,000.

Since its establishment in 2014, the "Deltachem" Encouragement Scholarship has been running for twelve years, providing nearly CNY 400,000 in financial support and helping close to two hundred students pursue their academic dreams. As an outstanding alumni-founded enterprise, Deltachem Specialty Chemicals Group has always been committed to giving back to society and supporting its alma mater while pursuing its own growth. Mr. Zou has long firmly believed that education is a powerful force in transforming individual lives and driving social progress. Through the Scholarship, the Group hopes to take concrete action to provide ambitious and hardworking students with tangible support and lasting encouragement.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ren Long, Director of the Student Affairs Office at the School of Economics, expressed his respect for Deltachem's long-standing commitment to fulfilling its social responsibilities and extended sincere gratitude to the alumni enterprise for its continued care and support, on behalf of the school. He encouraged the recipients to cherish this opportunity, study diligently, and excel in their studies, urging them to channel this kindness into motivation for their future paths, and, one day, extend the same support to others and give back to society.

In addition, Deltachem Specialty Chemicals Group has served as a key internship base for Qingdao University for twelve consecutive years, while also acting as a vital bridge that connects students with the professional world and offers them a rich platform for practical experience and personal growth.
