“Guandan” Champions – United for Victory: Deltachem’s 2026 MidYear Team Building Event Concludes Successfully

On July 2, Deltachem Specialty Chemicals Group held its mid-year review and team-building event at a seaside villa in Diaolongzui Village, Laoshan. The theme was “Guandan Champions, United for Victory” – combining a summary of the first half of 2026 with a fun gathering to recharge for the second half.

The event began with a ceremony honoring employees who had completed ten years of service. Their dedication and commitment over the past decade have been instrumental in Deltachem’s growth. As they received their awards, it was a heartfelt recognition of their contributions and loyalty.

Next came the Guandan card game tournament. The atmosphere was lively and competitive, with colleagues showing strategic thinking and close teamwork. The top four teams received prizes for their excellent collaboration.

After the tournament, everyone moved to the villa’s dining area, enjoying a meal with beautiful sea and mountain views. Colleagues shared exciting moments from the games as well as work experiences and life stories.

The company also prepared a birthday celebration for employees born in July. We sang together and extended warm wishes, making everyone feel the care and warmth of the Deltachem family.

This mid‑year event not only provided a welcome break from work but also strengthened communication and trust between departments through friendly competition and cooperation.
