Moving Forward Together | Celebrating the 12th Anniversary of Deltachem Group

March 27, 2012 – March 27, 2024. This year marks the 12th anniversary of Deltachem Group. Since our founding in 2012, we have remained committed to continuous growth, innovation, and long-term partnerships. As part of our annual anniversary tradition, Deltachem organizes team-building activities that encourage employees to challenge themselves, strengthen teamwork, and embrace new goals. 

This year’s celebration took us to the Yangkou Scenic Area of Mount Laoshan, one of China’s most renowned coastal mountain destinations. Known as the “No.1 Coastal Mountain in China,” Mount Laoshan is celebrated for its breathtaking landscapes where majestic mountains meet the sea. Surrounded by the beauty of spring, our team left behind the busy pace of daily work and embarked on a rewarding hiking journey together.

Starting from the foot of the mountain, we followed winding trails toward the summit, enjoying the fresh mountain air, beautiful scenery, and the peaceful atmosphere of nature. The hike was not only an opportunity to appreciate the arrival of spring but also a chance to challenge ourselves and support one another along the way.

The experience reinforced the values that define Deltachem Group—teamwork, perseverance, and a shared commitment to excellence. Every step reminded us that lasting success is achieved by moving forward together, overcoming challenges as one team, and continually striving for new heights.
